Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the service in your region and capable of entering into these terms. GlowMax AI is not intended for children.

Use of the app

GlowMax AI provides AI-powered beauty, grooming, appearance-improvement, wellness, routine, style, and confidence guidance. You must use the app responsibly and provide accurate information where required.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, abuse AI features, abuse subscriptions, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

Selfie and image upload responsibility

You must only upload images you own or have permission to use. You must not upload third-party images without permission, images of minors, nudity, sexual content, abusive content, illegal content, or content that violates app policies or platform rules.

AI results and limitations

GlowMax AI results are estimates generated by software systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or affected by lighting, image quality, angle, user inputs, and technical limitations.

No medical advice

GlowMax AI does not provide medical advice. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, prevent, cure, or monitor disease or health conditions. For acne, rashes, irritation, infection, pain, allergic reactions, skin conditions, or any health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional or dermatologist.

Paid plans and billing

Paid features, usage limits, renewal terms, and pricing depend on the subscription plan you choose. Mobile subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play depending on your device and purchase method. GlowMax AI does not store full payment card details.

Subscription management and cancellation

You can manage or cancel mobile subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Limitation of liability

GlowMax AI is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Model Genie AI Pvt Ltd is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service, AI results, store billing issues, or inability to access the service.
