GlowMax AI is owned and operated by Model Genie AI Pvt Ltd. Authorized representative / current Users can request deletion of their GlowMax AI account and associated personal data at any time, subject to verification and records we may be required or permitted to retain.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your GlowMax AI account, email us from the same email address used for your GlowMax AI account.
What data may be deleted
Deletion requests may include account profile data, uploaded selfies, scan records, scan history, AI analysis results, AI Coach messages, routine data, progress data, support messages, and related in-app usage data associated with your account.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required or permitted for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, abuse handling, payment reconciliation, subscription verification, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or other legitimate operational obligations.
Subscriptions and store billing
Deleting your GlowMax AI account or app data does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. You must manage or cancel mobile subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
Identity and ownership verification
Deletion requests may require identity and account ownership verification before action is taken. For your protection, we may not process deletion requests from an email address that does not match the account or cannot be reasonably verified.
