GlowMax AI is owned and operated by Model Genie AI Pvt Ltd. GlowMax AI offers optional paid subscription plans that unlock higher usage limits and premium app features.

Android subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. iOS subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store billing.

Plans and features
Paid subscription plans may include additional AI Glow Reports, scan history access, AI Coach messages, progress tracking, and other premium features. Plan names, pricing, limits, and features may vary by country, store, platform, and availability.
Billing
Mobile subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the platform used to purchase the subscription. GlowMax AI does not store full payment card details.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, according to the rules of the relevant app store and your subscription settings.
Cancellation
You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple ID subscriptions page or Google Play subscriptions page. If you cancel, access may continue until the end of the current billing period, depending on store rules and subscription status.
Deleting the app or deleting your GlowMax AI account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription.
Refunds
Refunds for in-app purchases are generally handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their respective refund policies and applicable law. GlowMax AI cannot guarantee refund approval by Apple or Google.
Access issues
If your subscription purchase has completed but premium access is not visible in the app, use the app’s restore purchase option or contact support with your account email and purchase platform.
